Employee Tuition Benefits
Beloit College proudly participates in several tuition remission and exchange programs.
The Financial Aid Office serves as the main point of contact for both prospective students and Beloit College employees/dependents who are eligible for tuition remission/exchange programs. There’s a lot to know about these programs so please contact us if you need any assistance understanding your options.
Not sure if you are eligible? Beloit College employees can contact the Human Resources Office to discuss your eligibility. Prospective students who are interested in using a program at Beloit College should contact the Human Resources Office at your/your parent’s employer to see how you apply for the benefits.

Participating Schools: Beloit College, Coe College, Carleton College, Colorado College, Grinnell College, Knox College, Lake Forest College, Lawrence University, Luther College, Macalester College, Monmouth College, Ripon College, and St. Olaf University
Tuition Benefit Coverage: Varies between 70-100% of tuition charge depending on home school’s policy. The employee’s family is responsible for fees, room, meal plan, and other educationally related expenses.
Participating Schools: Albion College, Allegheny College, Antioch College, Beloit College, Denison University, DePauw University, Earlham College, Hope College, Kalamazoo College, Kenyon College, Oberlin College, Ohio Wesleyan University, Wabash College, Willamette University, Wittenberg University, College of Wooster, Lake Forest, and Washington and Lee University.
Tuition Benefit Coverage: 100% tuition coverage; however, a participation fee charged each year. For the 2023-24 school year, the amount of this fee is $5,412. In addition to the participation fee, the employee’s family is responsible for other fees, room, meal plan, and other educational expenses.

Tuition Benefit Coverage: Depends on the receiving school; either the annual set scholarship amount ($42,000 for the 2024-2025 school year) or 100% of tuition. Beloit College offers the set scholarship amount each year to prospective students.
For dependents of qualifying Beloit College employees only.
